Blue Chip Technologies is a precision CNC machining and fabrication shop serving defense, government, and commercial customers -- with practical manufacturing judgment, controlled workflows, and documentation that stands up to review.
Built for prototypes, repair parts, production runs, and the documentation discipline expected by defense and aerospace customers.
3-axis and 5-axis milling for complex parts, fixtures, housings, brackets, and assemblies.
Lathe work for shafts, bushings, pins, spacers, fittings, and turned production components.
Press brake, welding, sheet-metal work, light assemblies, and support for full part packages.
Core production equipment supported by controlled programming, setup documentation, and inspection workflows.
Articulated-head machining for complex multi-face parts.
Reliable VMC workhorse for fixtures, brackets, and production runs.
Turned components with conversational programming support.
Formed and fabricated components when the job needs more than machining.
Every job moves through the same controlled path -- so you know where it stands and what the paperwork will look like before you commit.
Print, material, schedule, and risk reviewed honestly before we quote.
Manufacturability feedback up front -- not after the PO.
Controlled CAM programming and setup documentation.
Milling, turning, or fabrication on documented setups.
In-process and final inspection against the print.
Certs, traceability, and FAI packets delivered with the parts.
Blue Chip is building toward defense-ready quality and cybersecurity discipline. Completed certifications are shown as active; in-progress items are clearly marked that way.
Customer drawings and technical data are treated as controlled information from the moment they arrive.
Technical data is processed on controlled, US-based systems we own and operate -- not pushed to public cloud services by default.
Access to customer data is limited to the people working the job, with traceable handling from RFQ through delivery.
Our internal systems are being built against NIST 800-171 practices as part of an active CMMC Level 3 program.
While the industry bolts cloud AI onto everything, we went the other way and built our own. COBALT runs entirely on hardware we own, inside our shop, helping us quote faster, keep documentation tight, and pull answers from our own job history. What it never does is send your drawings to someone else's server.
We built COBALT because the alternative -- pushing customer technical data through public AI services -- was never acceptable to us. If you have questions about how it handles your information, ask. We'll answer plainly.
Founded in 2017, Blue Chip Technologies is based in Heltonville, Indiana. The shop combines hands-on machining, fabrication, industrial maintenance, electronics, and defense-sector process discipline. We are building our internal systems around controlled documentation, traceability, and practical shop-floor execution.
RFQs are reviewed for manufacturability, documentation needs, material, schedule, and risk before we promise a delivery date.
